A company seal is a tool that is made of two metal plates that are engraved in a company name or logo. These two metal plates are opposing each other with a handle to ease the process of imprinting the emboss on a piece of paper. These two plates are to be pressed against each other on a piece of paper to leave the mark of a company seal so that the recipient of a document can know which company authorized and executed the document.

A legal representative seal means that is is a seal that represents the decision taken by the company as a whole instead of an individual. This is very important. Sometimes, it overlaps with the use of a company seal. Both hold a great amount of responsibility and cannot be taken lightly. This legal representative tool is also sometimes used with the financial seal in the process of bank account opening to prove evidence of authorization by the company.
4. Contract seal
A contract seal is a separate seal that is used to authorize and approve contracts in various company deals and agreements. The use of a company seal actually can be replaced by a company seal. However, you can work faster with more seals to authorize a more specific document.
These various types of seals are useful for specific jobs. Although most of them can be replaced by a company seal, it is always advantageous to create more seals for more efficiency and productivity.
